Amber and I made a leprechaun trap with the kids today that we’re going to put out and leave glitter and coins and maybe some cookies for them to find for St Patrick’s Day. So Mackenzie is really worried about a leprechaun coming and stealing her bracelets and sparkly pants and my money (we told her that they’re attracted to sparkly things). πππ€£ I died laughing. She was legit so worried and said she didn’t want to put the trap out and asked if we can take it apart. We had to tell her she has to try to trap it in order for him to not take her stuff.
I love hearing M trying to incorporate new, “bigger” words into her daily vocabulary! Although she does relatively well using new words that she learns, she occasionally doesn’t know how to use them in exactly the right context. For example, the other day she came in my room and told me, “Arya’s not being responsible to me”. Funny, the ways kids think and learn.
